PARENTS, PLEASE READ:
There will be only one set of doors open for rehearsal, clearly marked with Piano Fest signs. Please have your child in the auditorium 15 minutes prior to their rehearsal time, so students can check their seating assignments, and rehearsals can begin on time. Students should bring all of their music to rehearsal. Also, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNACCOMPANIED IN THE AUDITORIUM until their rehearsal begins. When picking them up, please come into the auditorium, as no one will be allowed to leave the building unaccompanied. Absolutely no student will be allowed to leave the auditorium/lobby area! WE REALLY, REALLY NEED PARENT HELPERS FOR REHEARSALS, SO PLEASE SEE YOUR CHILD'S TEACHER IF YOU CAN HELP. Rehearsal dress is casual, but performance dress is concert attire (no jeans and preferably no sneakers).
Thank you for allowing us to work with your child. We hope you will enjoy the concert!
